Nutrition: A Key Factor in Quality of Life
What if nutrition could become a genuine lever for improving the quality of life and well-being of people with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)?
Nutrition is not limited to meeting a physiological need. It plays an essential role in everyday life, health, social participation, enjoyment, and overall quality of life. Yet the dietary challenges faced by adults with ASD are still not sufficiently understood or taken into account.
This is the question that guided the APIA European project, led by a consortium of five experienced European partners. The project aims to gain a better understanding of the links between nutrition, support services, and the quality of life of adults with ASD. It also seeks to develop practical tools to support individuals, caregivers, and professionals in their daily lives.

Today, we invite you to discover the outcomes of this European initiative, explore the resources developed as part of the project, and take part in the various opportunities for discussion offered through our final dissemination event and webinar series.
